just a follow up..
it is a common neutral in the system, if you are using dual mains then you must supply 4W plus ground, same as mains input.

+/-192 VDC means there are 2 rows of 192VDC with one common point? Like:
+192 <----------> 0 <---------------> -192
I I I
I I I
I-----------------------I-----------------------I
What confuses me, this common point "0" is also used to wire neutral (N) of second mains (when dual mains are used). Is it right?

Dual mains are not used. Indeed this DC wiring is correct, UPS is now running.
Just for information, the 3 phase input must be wired in some particular order, otherwise UPS gives "wiring fault". Like L2 shifted forward by 120deg comparing to L1.
