I have a Windows/2003 system that I just updated PowerChute Business Edition Agent to v9.2, although it displays as v9.0.3.604. Is this correct? My Windows/2008 Console and Server both updated to v9.2, but the Agents all stayed at 9.0.3.604.
I was hoping to solve the following SSL compliance issues, but did not:
SSL Certificate Chain Contains RSA Keys Less Than 2048 bits.
SSL Version 2 and 3 Protocol Detection.
SSL/TLS EXPORT_DHE <= 512-bit Export Cipher Suites Supported (Logjam).
Are there plans to upgrade SSL support in the PowerChute client?

Hi,
PowerChute Agent version 9.2 allows for SSL/TLS and is compatible with SMC, SMT, SMX, SURTD Smart-UPS. The reason Agent 9.0.3 is installed is because you have an older model Smart-UPS. If you upgrade to SMC, SMT, SMX, SURTD model Smart-UPS you can then install Agent version 9.2.

My problem is with the network communications betweem the Agent and the Server, but you are saying that I cannot upgrade my Agent because my UPS is too old? The communication between the Agent and the UPS is a serial cable and should not be affected by the network communication. Unless the v9.2 Agent does not support seral cable conenction to a UPS?
If that is true, will there ever be an update to Agent v9.0.3?
