SRT8KRMXLT30 - USB Firmware Upgrade - Stuck on Between Step 6 and 7
In regard to https://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA402857/, the display screen is stuck on the yellow Please wait Starting USB Firmware Install Process (not shown in the step-by-step). It never gets to step 7 of the guide. If I press the OK button, it goes back to Step 4. I tried searching and can't find any results related to this issue.
I haven't used the USB method in doing a firmware upgrade, if you are willing to, I do recommend using the UPS Firmware Upgrade Wizard instead. I have provided the FAQ article below for your perusal.
