Hi,
The UPS has been running okay until early this morning, when there was a loud pop and the screen started blinking red - no error message / no text on LCD. While trying to find my phone to record the behaviour, there was another pop and the alarm stopped, but now I'm unable to shut down the UPS - there is no option in the menu to shut down, only bypass.
The network interface reports 3 outlet groups, where before there were only 2. The control options for all outlet groups are greyed out.
The Self-test option states 'Refused' cause: 'Invalid State'
Thanks
Chris
EDIT * unable to upload log files for some reason, tried in Firefox and IE

Hi Chris,
I am still working to find out what is going on with certain people not being able to upload files. I apologize.
In the meantime, this definitely does not sound good and I'd suggest contacting your local tech support ASAP. If things are popping, I have to believe something is damaged and could require warranty replacement. As far as powering it off, if holding down the power button doesn't work. Because I don't know what happened to the UPS and what is damaged, I am hesitant to recommending touching anything else in fear that there could be a serious problem.
