My SRT5KXLI Lan port is performing a lightshow, when lan cable is connected.
It starts with orange light left side on connector flashes apx. 5 times, then 1 flash on the right led, then the right led flashes orange and yellow quickly for 5 sec. then is repeats.
Seems like it reboots endless.
I have hold the reset for 25 sec, same result.
In the menu on front, I can't see the IP settings menu.
Any idea why?
Can I reach it by serial comm?
Can I buy an new Network Management card to the expantion slot?

Without knowing anything related to your network here are some basic things to validate and try:
Disconnect the Ethernet cable from the NMC. Remove the NMC (It’s hot swappable) from the unit and wait ten seconds than reinstall.
Once the UPS sees the NMC the right LED will alternate from green / orange while the Ethernet cable is still disconnected.
Do you see this behaviour? If yes continue to connect the Ethernet cable to the NMC. Once a properly configured network is seen the NMC LEDS will be solid green on the right and blinking orange on the left to indicate network activity / traffic.
Does the NMC LED’s behave as outlined here?!?
An interim test is to isolate the NMC and connect it to portable router. If the NMC is set to DHCP a new IP Address should be provided and leased out.
If the NMC has been assigned a Static IP Address you can either format the NMC to bring it back to a OEM Default state.
Or connect to it with the supplied APC Serial cable over SSH / Telnet. You can than check the CLI and validate all network attributes are correct such as DHCP / Static, subnet, gateway, DNS, etc.
Let me know what you see and observe. 👍

Thanks for your suggestions, but the NMC is builtin on the mailboard on this model.
I'm considering buying a NMC for the slot, but I not sure that it will work with 2 NMC modules. (When one is faulty)
I have reset the NMC to default, and still same result.

In case you did not complete the format procedure here it is.
Option 1 is referred to as "formatting" which wipes the AP9631 of all configurations, passwords, TCP/IP settings, etc.
press and hold the reset button for the 20 seconds and if successful, during the holding of the button, you'll see the pulsing green, then pulsing orange, and then you let go. The NMC will reboot and show alternating green and orange rapidly and 20 seconds later, it will have booted back up and reset completely as factory fresh.
Let me know what happens. 👍
