Thanks Liam for your response
Actually there is no fault right now, but I found this in the log menu when searching,
It is supposed to be a new ups and I need to be sure that I didn’t buy a used one
thanks again

Hello -
Assuming that this is not an erroneous message, it would indicate that the relay which breaks neutral is stuck in the open position. If you acknowledge the fault on the display you can see if it clears, or you can try to "brain dead" the UPS by turning it off, disconnecting batteries, and disconnecting input power. After that you can reconnect batteries and input power and bring the UPS back online. If the issue persists you should contact your local tech support team.
Thanks
Liam
