Hello,
I believe this could be a firmware bug. These units were shipped with a notice to upgrade the firmware on the UPS before putting it into production - have you done that yet? Either way, your local technical support team can help you identify the current firmware version and assist with upgrade instructions to hopefully remedy the problem. They would also guide you to a resolution if a firmware upgrade has already been performed.

You should provide them the picture you posted here, model, serial number, and firmware version if you can see it via the embedded network management card (assuming the UPS front panel won't work at all because of the "button stuck" issue).

Please see my previous reply. You'll require assistance from your local technical support team to resolve this. You can also try to press all of the buttons to make sure they are not really stuck. Else, please contact your local technical support office with the information I provided and they will help you with a resolution. Original response below.
