SRT3000XLI ID1010 and ID1025 Firmware?

Hi,

I have one of my SRT3000XLI upgraded to Firmware 08.3 and ID was change to 1025 (previously ID 1010)

But I can't find Firmware 08.3 for ID1025 anywhere

some of my other SRT3000XLI already change to ID1025 but can't use 08.3 for ID1010 to upgrade ID1025

Hi Polppol,

For SRT3000XLI units with firmware 07.9 and later, the UPS ID will change from 1010 to 1025 after a firmware upgrade.

When upgrading the firmware of UPS units, the ID of the firmware file must be the same as the current ID of the UPS, not the ID the UPS is going to end up with after the upgrade. For example, UPS units with ID 1010 should only be upgraded using the corrsponding ID 1010 firmware file.

If the current firmware on your SRT3000XLI UPS is ID 08.3 ID 1010, then upgrading using the SRT1010UPS_08-3.enc firmware file will result in the UPS having ID 1025 after the upgrade.

You've probably alreay found SRT1010UPS_08-3.enc, but just in case, this is avaiable in FA170679 and FA279197
