SRT3000RMXLI failed firmware update via NMC
Hi,
I tried to update the firmware of my SRT3000RMXLI via the NMC but it failed.
Now the UPS is displaying "Needs Firmware Update Contact Customer Support" on a red background.
I already tried to factory-reset the UPS (disconnect everything, press power for 5 sec, reconnect), but the UPS still does not accept the update. The Updater (connected via Serial) finds the UPS and can communicate with it, but refuses the update, as it is in the wrong state for an update. How can I get the UPS up and running again?
