I have a Smart-UPS SRT 2200 which is reporting that Internal pack needs replacement. It's a bit strange as this was replaced in November 2021, along with the two in the EBM (which report as OK)
This is the error reported:
Serial Number : xxxxx
Device Serial Number : xxxxx
Date : 10/04/2024
Time : 13:36:34
Code : 0x0119
Critical - UPS: Battery needs replacement. Order replacement battery, APCRBC141, for the internal pack, cartridge 1.
It's reporting that the health is OK and the replacement date is in 2026, yet the pack needs replacement.
I've removed the pack and tested the voltage, thinking it may be low. But it is 80V, which seems a little high for a 72V nominal voltage.
I've tried, will try the following, but has anyone got a suggestion?
Many thanks.

After an online chat to APC, which asked me to go through the steps I had done. I did the following:
When I had removed the pack the other day and tested the voltage, I had simply scrolled the month up and down a few times, but that obviously doesn't reset the alarm.

Manually initiate a battery calibration with at least 30% attached load.
What are the results of completing the battery calibration procedure?!? 🤔
Lastly, as you noted it makes sense to to validate each cell. In case there is a weak cell in the pack which can impact the entire battery cartridge.
Let me know the results. 👍

@Teken Thanks. The UPS is used in conjunction with an SRT72BP, so there are 3 packs in total.
I had already run a calibration test (in the blind hope that might do something) and the runtime was less than expected - ~23 min from 100% to 27% at 42% load (917W) - but not mind-scratchingly bad. Which could be down to:
I'm going to run another one with a similar load.
I also tested each cell in the pack and they were all above 13V, so it doesn't appear there was a weak cell.
