SRT10KRMXLI are not detect Internal Battery, Error Code P.08, P.13

When i have try to on outlets ups make an error Error P.08 and doesn't start on the output, at the log of ups we have two log 1. Output Relay Weld event code 165, Inverter output low Event code 110, and also RBC cartridge are expire i have replace them with new one and i have update the firmware Revision UPS 0.14 ID: 1002  to new version 0.501 and 1014, it's successfully done but my problem not fixed know ups not detect internal battery , make an error i have update firmware with connected external battery. three problem are already in the ups 1. internal battery not detect, output relay weld, inverter output low. ups not online.
