SRT UPS Event Code 145 and 179

Hello, I received an alarm yesterday, and I'm wondering if anyone can give me more info about the event logs.

• "Battery Disconnected Event Code 179"
• "Charger Meas Mismatch Event Code 145"

The UPS has been running continuously for ~3 years without issues. The battery and UPS health appear to be normal. I cleared the alarm and the display has looked normal for the last 24 hours.

I got this same error today and I also was able to resolve it for now by clearing the error.

However, I'm wondering whether this is a long-term solution or not.

That's why I'd like to ask how things turned out for you? Has the issue occurred again, or has your UPS functioned correctly?
