I have a SRC2000XLI-CC (Harsh Environment) with AP9630. Purchased in 2015.
My old battery was EOL, so on 4-OCT-2024 I changed the internal battery with new batteries(same make and model). Last battery replacement was AUG-2023( I had bad power last year, usually batteries last about 2+ years).
Now the battery indicator is blinking constantly. Now it's 40+ hours passed yet the battery does not reach 100% charge and runtime showing as 0 min. The old battery used to reach full charge around 4 hours or so after full discharge.
AP9630 shows battery voltage 108.5VDC
Measuring from multimeter battery voltage shows 105.1VDC.
My guess is battery is not charging somehow.
How to reset this model? Or what might be the issue?

When the new battery was installed did you update the battery installation date? Did you manually initiate a Self Test?!? Was this followed up by completing a manual battery calibration?!?

I have ordered a 120Volt DC bench power supply to manually charge the batteries and 4 x 200 Watts incandescent bulbs for manual battery calibration should be delivered by next two days. Will update after I try manual calibration.

You may consider doing the following if recharging the individual cells do not resolve this issue.
Brain Dead: This procedure will reset the system and clear possible issues in the MCU. It will not resolve any possible hardware faults in the system though.

NMC: Your system is running on older 6.X.X firmware. The latest 7.X.X firmware branch adds new features and resolves some bugs seen on the NMC.
Please only download the Smart-UPS firmware. NOT the (Sy) Symmetra or any other version.
UPS Firmware: I don’t recommend updating the UPS system firmware but you should review the (Read Me) file for the latest release. As it indicates a few charging and voltage changes for your system.
You can not update the UPS firmware until all active faults / error codes are cleared! Given you have a battery problem this specific update can’t be taken anyways.
Regardless, I wanted to call this out as this specific update does address quite a few bugs and provides system improvements to the charging parameters.

Let me know how everything turns out. 👍
