I'm trying to monitor UPSes attached to servers using either ISX Central or a generic SNMP Network Management solution. The server is running PowerChute and the UPS is attached and recognized by PowerChute. The server MIB however shows OID unsupported for the PowerNet OIDs. Anyone attempted to do this?

SNMP isnt supported by powerchute software. APC products that you want to monitor via SNMP need to have a network interface - for UPSs, they must have an APC Network Management Card like AP9630 or AP9631. Other devices support it without that such as Netbotz or KVMs.
once you install the network management card in the UPS and assign a network address, you can then GET, SET, and WALK via SNMP to get data from the UPS as well as the NMC itself.
hope that helps.
