The self test is success but the calibration runtime test status keeps pending then refused.
I tried to fix the problem. e.g., update the latest firmware of the NMC, to follow the procedure (https://community.se.com/t5/APC-UPS-Data-Center-Enterprise/bd-p/datacenter-forum, ) but I cannot fix the problem.
I am not sure that it caused by hardware or software. Does anyone can help me to diagnose and to solve it?

I would not recommend replacing anything, rather I think it would be beneficial to call into local technical support and troubleshoot the NMC since the UPS itself can run the calibration and the battery is healthy and working fine after calibrations and self tests.

Hi Jordan,
Thank you for your advise.
After the resetting NMC, the UPS still cannot run calibration test via web interface.
Should I need to replace the NMC or to modify the configuration?

Wing,
Are you able to successfully run a calibration via the LCD panel on the front of the unit? How often are you running these calibrations? We do not recommend running a calibration more than once every 6 months. What is your load on the unit? What is the battery capacity when you attempt to start the runtime? Have you tried rebooting the management interface of the NMC?

Jordan,
I can run a calibration runtime test successfully via LCD panel.
I have tried to reboot the management interface of NMC and to reboot the card before starting the test.
When I attempt to start the runtime test, the battery capacity is 100% and loading up to 10%.
Should I need to replace the battery, the UPS or the NMC card?
Many Thanks!
