We have a Smart UPS (SMX3000HV) with an NMC2 that has worked on HTTPS until I saw that the time was off and connected it to an NTP server. We use the same NTP server for other SMX3000HVs. After synching the time to the NTP server we can no longer access the web interface through HTTPS, only HTTP. All of the other UPSs have no issue using the same NTP server and accessing HTTPS.

The information provided is the UPS firmware. To view the Network Card firmware go to About - Network
To correct your issue I recommend resetting the Network Card to default excluding TCP/IP. Then reconfigure the card.
