SMX200RMHV2U, Battrey Soft Start and PFCinput RLy WLD Fualt

Have an SMX200RMHV2U  and an error message reading "PCFinput Relay Weld" and Battery Soft Start so please Technically assist how to solve the issue

Thank you for reaching out to the SE Community, my name is Jon and I will assist you with this query.  Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused, I am sorry to hear that you are having PFC Fault and Battery Soft Start faults on your UPS.

Upon checking the PFC Fault, this is something that is not recoverable for this unit.  If this is within the warranty period, I suggest that you reach out to our Technical Support Team for your country for them to issue an RMA.
