What do I need to adjust to set an SMX1500RM2UNC so that the outlet groups never turn off under any circumstance? We support several remote sites, and in a couple of instances, during a power situation the outlet groups shut off. Twice during a power event, and once when it was powered down to try to reset the run time. The process to get them turned back on remotely, especially considering the network equipment is powered by the APC, is problematic. I can't think of any good reasons why I would want them to power off. I would prefer they always be on as long as the APC is on. any assistance in adjustments would be appreciated. Thanks
These are the current settings

Hi,
Unless you have configured management software e.g. PowerChute or have configured load shedding the UPS should continue to power the outlets until the battery is depleted. Once the battery is depleted the UPS will turn off until AC is restored and then will power back up as indicated by the second screenshot provided.

I have the same unit and its behaviour is not like you describe.
Is there anything in the NMC "Configuration/Shutdown" tab that would possibly contribute to early shutdown? Also, if the load on the UPS is quite high, near its maximum, this also may cause it to shutdown or load shed prematurely. Finally, can you vouch for the quality of the batteries you have installed?
Good luck!

Thanks for the quick response. One of the units had only been in place for a couple of months and was brand new when deployed, so in that particular instance for sure there is a good battery. Load is under 20-25% at our remote sites. Here are the settings on the Configuration/Shutdown page
