SMTP - 535 authentication failed

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to use SMTP on an ups SRT3000XLI without success.

When I test it, I receive the following message:

Last Test Result

Test E-mail sent successfully.

Last Server Response

535 Authentication failed: The provided authorization grant is invalid, expired, or revoked

The test result is successfully but the server response failed.

Mail has not be sent.

When I try to send a email from a Telnet cli with same parameter, all works fine. It's why I think there is a problem with the NMC3 and SMTP.

Given you have provided absolutely no relevant SMTP (UPS Settings) information and the email provider you’re trying to reach or how email is handled in your environment.

I’ll keep this simple . . . 

Using the NMC Test, send an email to gmail, Hotmail, etc what happens?!?

I try to use the SMTP service from sendgrid.net

this one works well when I try with another "SMTP client" then the NMC.

Do you know where I can find logs and if I can test on the NMC directly in CLI?

Other idea still welcome.
