SMT750I green mode problem

Hi,

I've a strange problem with my SMT750I (firmware version: 09.4). The problem is that after the UPS goes in green mode the battery slowly discharge. Then, after some minutes, the UPS exits from the green mode and, after one hour or more, the UPS reenter in the green mode and then exit again and the whole cycle repeat. This problem happens only when the UPS is on (I protect only a smart TV and a little lamp), no matter which power quality sensitivity I use.

To better understand the issue, I attach some old text files of EventLog and DataLog.

Hi Aldo - 

The unit will usually only exit green mode if there is a problem with the input power, so it is possible that the UPS is switching to battery (even momentarily) when the unit switches out of green mode. One curious thing is that there are many fields in your data log listed as "N/A". They typically would all be populated.

Hi Liam,

thanks for your reply. According to me the strange thing is instead that this is the second SMT750I that was replaced in warranty and that has the same problem like the old one. Furthermore, I have another SMT750I in my house, with the same settings and firmware version, that doesn't presents this issue (the only different thing between them, excluding the batteries, is that this protects a computer and, like the other one, a lamp too).
