Hello,
I have had my SMT2200RMI2U(2010) for a while now and it has been running great.
The beginning of March we had some bad weather and we had a power cut which completely drained the batteries.
They never charged up again after that, I was unaware of this and a few days later we have another power cut.
The UPS never kicked in and everything shut down.
New batteries were promptly ordered and replaced but still, nothing.
Just keeps showing 0% on the battery charge with no errors.
I forced the UPS into backup power and suddenly the charge went up to 35%.
Left it while to charge on AC and came back to it on 20%, the batteries were slowly being drained, not being charged.
Measured the battery voltage and it was at 48v.
I measured the open circuit charging voltage and it was 34.6v?
Should be somewhere like 50 odd volts surly!
Can anyone help?

My last one went the same way, nothing I could do so I replaced it and took out the extended warranty.
