SMT1500RM2U with AP9630 - Linux apctest FATAL ERROR in pcnet.c at line 669 Cannot bind socket (125)
I am not sure if this is baseline of this being a non standard IOT device or some issue with agent configuration.
My notes from previous UPS setup seem to reflect that I have it setup correctly. My concern also is that this customer has an "@" symbol within there passphase and wondering if I can place that passphrase in " " or if it matters.

Cannot bind socket (125)
I expect user error.. but after an hour or so googling around.. not much in way of network examples.. more of USB.. and this is way to far away from USB to work.
