Hello,
I have a SMT1500C which has a error code of b.04. I tried the braindead procedures and the error is still present. I turn off the unit and back on and it seems to work fine for a little while...like a few days to a week or so, then it produces a loud beep and displays the error message. The unit was purchased in May 2022 and it looks like it is still under warranty. I can't find the error code resolution for the b.04. Who can I contact for a repair?

Submit a service request with APC Technical Support. Have on hand the purchase receipt, UPS Serial number, and error codes present.
They will assist in the RMA process in a replacement / refurbished unit. Let us know how everything turns out. ๐
