I installed a Smart 10kva XLI UPS with 8 battery packs and I number the packs in any order. Is there any way to reorder the pack, so that I list them in sequence.
In addition, one of the pack failed and we replaced it with another (which was still under warranty). I placed it in the same place as the retired team but it took me as if it were the ninth pack when in reality it is pack one. You can explain how the maneuver would be to order them in sequence.
Thank you

Hi Patricio,
The battery pack number assignment for SRT UPS models is not user configurable. SRT units assign numbers to the battery packs when these are first connected, and this cannot be reset - if the battery packs are subsequently reconnected in a different order or are replaced, it would result in the battery number assignment to not correspond to the actual order in which the batteries are connected to the UPS.
