SMC1500I-2UC - Erreur b.04

Bonjour à tous,

Je me permets de poster ici car depuis quelques jours, l'UPS indique le message d'erreur b.04 et bien évidemment il n'est pas possible de le bypasser.

Les batteries ont été remplacées le 06/06/2025 (APCRBC132) et cela n'a pas posé de problèmes.

J'ai déjà réinitialiser l'onduleur mais rien n'y fait.

Est-ce un problème de batteries ?

A B4 error is an internal battery charger hardware fault.

If this unit is still under warranty you should contact your local APC Technical Support for a RMA.

If the unit is (Not) under warranty you may consider completing a (Brain Dead) reset and report back the results:

NOTE: Disconnect the RBC (Replacement Battery Pack) and measure the current voltage at the Anderson plug and report back the voltage reading.

Follow up by reinstalling the RBC Anderson plug back into the system. Measure the battery voltage at the DC Anderson plug while the system is connected into AC Power and running. 

Report back the voltage seen while connected to the system.
