SMC1500C - "Communications Lost"
As of 7:34 pm, 14 Jul 2025, we've received"Communications Lost" on our SMC1500C - this has never happened before unless our network was actually down.
I have tried cycling through the menu and the status of smartconnect reads:
Sc.1
This would appear according to the manual "The device has established a connection to Schneider Electric cloud services, and is operating normally." -- and the status indicator is green.
I have tried resetting the network connection by holding both buttons down, and it did flash the led screen and reboot.
Did something change today at APC that knocked my UPS off their network?

This issue resolved itself as of this morning. I never received a notice that communication was reestablished. Just logged in and found that it was talking again APC's cloud.
