I have this 2200RMXL with a battery coffin pack attached. It is apparently a 220v version because it has both 120 and it says 280v plugs that I can utilize on the back of the unit. The serial number is WS0303150528. My problem is any time I put more load than the 27 percent it is at now, like 1 more dell poweredge 2800 server on the ups, it starts rebooting itself (thereby shutting off power to the equipment repeatedly). If I add even a dell optiplex 260 on it, after a day, it blew the fuze located on the back of the unit and I had to press it in to reset it. once I pressed it, the unit came back on and I removed all the extra stuff I had added on. It runs with fine with the 27% load and tells me I have 9 hours of runtime. But I am worried there is a problem with the unit. And it is budget time so I can get a new one if I need to, but I need to figure out what could be causing these problems so I don't have to spend the money on a new unit.
Thanks for your time!

John, What lights are on the front of the UPS when it reboots/shut down the connected equipment when you add the equipment? Do you see a blink in the front lights? Has the battery ever been replaced? Does the unit pass the self test? Do you have a management software installed on your computer to monitor the status of the UPS? if so, could you please check the event logs and see what logs were recorded when this problem occured?
