please find the attachment which is error log. What should i do to diagnostic the problem and fix it. Thank you very much.

Moreover, more info as follow:
UPS status around 30~35%,
Battery status is 100%,
Cannot make self-test (last test on 5/11/2011 is pass, but Click on it show The set request failed. Please try again and loading)
Ups runtime calibrayion: Last calibration and result Unkown (Start: The set request failed. Please try again)

You can try to manually initiate a self-test by pressing and holding the I/Test button while the unit is online. Keep in mind that if the battery is weak, there is a chance that the load might drop.

Ian,

Let us first find out what is causing the insufficient runtime and battery discharge on the UPS. Have you recently added a new load into the UPS? How old is the UPS? Have you ever replaced the battery on the UPS? Using the software, can you find out what is the current load on this UPS as well as the runtime available and low battery signal time.

Hi JonPro

The UPS Load is around 25~35%, Battery Age is 4 year and UPS age is 10.4 age. Thank you. Runtime available test not pass (can not output result)
