SL20KHB02 - dc capacitor charge error

I have a SL20KHB02 and i have a message error:

dc capacitor charge error

What can I do?

From what I can tell from our documentation on this UPS, this means the DC capacitors have failed to pre-charge correctly. This is something that would need to be looked at by an APC Field Service Engineer or authorized service partner. It could be caused by a faulty pre-charge circuit or AC supply that feeds the pre-charge circuit.

For a full and proper diagnosis though, I'd recommend you contact your local technical support office since on 3 phase products of this type, there is not too much further we can provide here based on this type of problem for this UPS.
