SCP Account with Radius

Hello,

We would like to use Ecostruxure to push config changes, but we are running into an issue when it comes to the local user account and our radius config.  From my understanding to connect via SSH/SCP we use the local admin account, but we would like to use radius to sign into our UPS units.  Here is what our settings look like for radius:

Authentication Method
 RADIUS, then Local Authentication

The only way I can think to get this to work is just to disable radius for the UPS units on our radius server then push config changes through Eco.  Is there a more elegant way to make this make this work?  I've looked around in the manual, security guide, forum posts, etc.  I also found the "remote authentication override" setting but apparently its only for serial.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
