Hi
I am connecting to an Smart-UPS RT 3000 XL. This consists of AP9631 card installed in it. I am trying to get the configuration file from the UPS.
I have many such UPS and the FTP command works perfectly fine. But only on this UPS I have the below error code
230 User logged in, proceed.
ftp> get config.ini
200 PORT Command okay.
150 File status okay; about to open data connection.
> .:No CSI structure available
Connection closed by remote host.
ftp> bye
The UPS has firmware version 6.06
Please advise on how to resolve this

Based on this stackoverflow post, I suggest you use the "bin" command to make sure your FTP client is in binary mode.

Hi,
You should update the firmware on the AP9631. Once the firmware has been updated open the web interface and go to Configuration - Network - FTP Server and verify that FTP in enabled.
Here is a link to the firmware download site http://www.apc.com/ae/en/tools/download/
