Hello,
I have a RT 10000XL with 7 battery packs. It performed a self check yesterday and reported fine.
Today, it just turned off the output power and I couldn't even access the web interface. I could ping the IP address, no LEDs were lit but the coolers were running.
After turning it off on the breaker and waiting for some time, It eventually turned on again with a battery fault indication.
Can someone tell me what caused the power off?
Thank you.

Hi,
Please provide the event and data logs from the network card.
The information provided show that the UPS failed a self-test but most likely that test was run when the UPS started so would not be the cause of the drop. The information also shows that the batteries where in a discharged state momentarily. This could be caused by week batteries or the load. What is the load percentage?
