Hi,

I have recently replaced the batteries in a UPS, the APC website states "Just follow the instructions that accompany the new battery" in regard to returning the used batteries, however the documents that came with the batteries point me to the website for instructions?

Have I missed something?

[Why]

If anyone comes along with the same issue the answer is to call the support number, they will organise collection.
