Question about AP9360 MNC2 attached to Silcon 80kW via tripple chassis

Hello All,
I recently had to replace the AP9617 in my Silcon 80kw with an AP9630. It seems however that I am not getting all the detailed info from the Silcon that I got with AP9617. I have heard reports that the AP9630 is not compatible with the Silcon units. Is this true and if so what are my options?

unfortunately you found the correct answer. no NMC2 is compatible with silcon. the UPS had been discontinued for several years before NMC2 was released so the firmware application was never made.

you need to find either an AP9617/AP9618/AP9619 some place and use that.

AP9618 should still be purchasable unless you can find a used one of the other models. AP9618 includes environmental management and out of band management so i am not sure if you need those.
