Yes I understand the sequence of K Base. I have also repeat it many times but failed. When I plunged the display with programing cable(940-0082) it is powered up and showing '' programming ...'' at start up. Then I press tree buttons (esc+enter+?) at the same time. The display beeps(reboot) and again showing ''programming...'' Afterward follow the sequence but no change at display. Your quick response will be highly be appreciated.

Muahmad, the KB says that the firmware transfer should complete successfully, then the display should reset and display the new version #. Do you observe that sequence when programming the display?

I would suspect you have a faulty Display. One last check would be to try plugging the display into the other Intelligence Module to see if the fault clears. If that fails you should purchase a new display.

Thanks for your reply but I want to inform you that we have been tried to interchange Power view from one unit to other working unit but fault did not remove of display yet.
If you rectified that this issue is only due to display internal fault so kindly let me know that 1) Why this display is become faulty 2) what is this root cause of this issue because we are having same power view display fault in 4 units. 3) How we can resolve this same issue Is there some software programing required for fix this problem
Although its replacement is the final conclusion your kind assistance will be help for us.
Your earliest response will be highly appreciated.

The intelligence module is not replaced recently. I have checked the rear pins and intelligence module pins that are OK condition. I think we should have to purchase new power view as you asked me in thread 19 oct 2010 (upsguy posts 110). Now let me know just one thing the ROOT CAUSE.
Your continuous support highly be appreciated.

Did you press escape help and enter at the same time? I would just try unplugging the display, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in and see what happens. If that doesn't work try putting the UPS into maintenance bypass and shut down the UPS for 30 seconds and then bring it back online. If that doesn't work try uploading the latest firmware which can be downloaded:
http://www.apc.com/tools/download/index.cfm
You would need the APC part number 940-0082 cable to perform the upgrade.
If that doesn't work you probably need a new display
