Hi,

I have just taken delivery of 12 UPS units and I have set up the first one and I ma trying to register it on the seb site but am having difficulties. It is connected to a VLAN in our network that offers unauthenticated access to the internet so I do not believe it is being hung up there. It correctly receives a DHCP address in the IP range that I expected and the device pings. When scanning the QR code though, or by entering the codes manually, I am unable to get it to add the device.

Any suggestions?
