Good Morning,
This morning we find all the servers off and the UPS (2200XL) with six lights on the front panel flashing. When we turn on the UPS without load automatically turn on the 6 leds and blink. Batteries were replaced 3 years ago
Model: SUA2200XLI
S / N: JS0940000543
Any ideas for this problem?
Thank you

Hi,
Sounds like an internal fault. We have FAQ FA265135 "Why are all LED's flashing simultaneously on my Smart-UPS SU, SUA, or SURT model?" available for troubleshooting the issue. You will need to brain dead the UPS by powering the attached load down, powering down the UPS, pressing and hold the off button of 4 - 8 seconds. You will hear a click and may see a brief flash of the LED's. Then plug the UPS back in and power it up.
