If I delete the licence and change to test mode the shutdown with the PCSNS 4.0 Virtual Appliance wor5k verry well.
With the FREE ESXi 6.0 licence it didn't work.

Hi,
There a possible solution however, PowerChute is not officially supported with the free license for ESXi as listed in the installation guide, compatibility chart, and multiple Schneider Electric Knowledge Base documents.
The possible solution is listed in a VMware Community post
https://communities.vmware.com/docs/DOC-11623
Note: The post discusses ESXi 4 and 5 so I am not sure if it will work with ESXi 6.
