Hi. I have APC Smart-UPS 1500. There is one pc connected to it running Windows server 2008R2 and PowerChute Business edition (9.0.3.604 version). My PowerChute settings: 
After power fail and if there are only 10 minutes remaining battery - UPS sends shut down command to PC. After sending this command, UPS "waits" 1 minute and 30 seconds and provide power during this period of time. After that - ups cuts off all power and goes into a sleep mode. After power returning, UPS will chrage its battery to 60%, wait after that 2 minutes and provide power to PC. PC starts by itself (because of bios setting - after power fail PC start by itself).
But! If power returns during that "1 minute 30 seconds" period, UPS will not go into a sleep mode! And continues to provide power. Because of that, PC can't start by itself (PC "thinks" there wasn't power fail).
What I should do? My problem can be solved, if ups after beginning shutdown cycle will shuts down no matter there is power in outlet or not (fully finishes shutdown cycle). Is that possible?
