hello,
I have a SYMMETRA 20KW with a single module SYPM10KH, all ok it work.
I have buoght a SYPM10K16H, when activated in the display appear
POWER MODULE FAULT
MAIN FRAME MOD: A3
but it works fine because the load is distributed between the two modules!
any suggestion?

I would contact your regional support directly by your preferred method listed here -> http://www.apc.com/support/contact/index.cfm
And they'll want you likely to provide the serial number on the module and then they may walk you through some menus regarding some status data that helps them decode the fault assuming the module is still installed in the system. Once they know that, I presume they can give you an answer on how to handle repair or whatever else is required.

Sometimes you can have a power module fault and it will function still - like a fan fault. If this was a brand new module, I'd suggest contacting your local technical support to have them gather the level of detail required to determine what the fault is and if it is under warranty and faulted, they would typically replace/repair it accordingly.

Our dealer did not give me a satisfactory answer.
I would like to understand error and then send the module for repair.
the power module is new, but the warranty is ended (it was inside the box for one year)
