Hello everyone, what about you ?
I'm having an issue with a Nobreak Easy-UPS SRV1KL-BR. When I plug it into the outlet, it doesn't recognize the battery and shows a red alert light
The batteries are loaded but still the nobreak does not recognize
What can I do?

Suggest you contact APC Technical Support in your region if the hardware is still under warranty.
If this hardware is new I would check to see the battery harness is fully inserted. If both ends are firmly attached verify the (Yellow) fuse on the back is installed correctly (IF) present.
The rear yellow fuse is normally seen in the European models only. You may also check the rear (round) breaker by pressing it in a few times to see if there is any change.
If the system is (NOT) new it could simply be the battery or an actual hardware issue.
How old is the system and battery? Show me the production sticker for the battery. If you remove the battery what is the battery voltage now and in 72 hours?
