Powerchute does not switch to french langage

Hello,

I have installed powerchute PE on Windows8 Pro.
I used the version 3.02 which is normally a multi-langage version.
During the installation, Powerchute warm me that the version is only for English langage and ask me if I want to continue installing it.

Finally, powerchute always install itself in the English langage (I have tried several time to install it).
I've read that it should detect the OS langage but apparently, it does not detect it correctly on my PC.

Does anyone have an idea of what is going wrong with the langage detection?

It works!

But there is a trick. I had to change the location from Belgium to France, the Format from France(Belgique) to France(France) and in the Administration tab the option "Langage for non Unicode software" from France(Belgique) to France(France).
I tried several time just by changing the location and the Format and the software was always installed in English langage.
It is only when I changed the Langage for non Unicode software that PCPE installed itself in french.

are you located in Canada? i've been told that if you switch your regional settings to French (France) and reboot your computer, then install the software - PCPE will install in French then you can switch your computer back to French (Canada). if you are not in Canada, i would do this anyway to get it to install in French.
