Powerchute Serial Shutdown Battery Date Change Error Page

In Powerchute Serial shutdwon localhost:6547/batterymanagement page I would like to change the date field on the Battery Installation Date. Whenever I do that it gives me a "Error Page - Terhe was a problem accessing this page, please try again".

How can I change the battery date?

No NMC

APC Smart-UPS 1000 (SMV1000-2UC) connected via USB and ethernet. This UPS is connected to the cloud.

Is this problem seen using different web browsers? If you clear the history, cache, and cookies in the browser what are the results?

Same results using HTTP vs HTTPS?

What happens entering 03 vs 3 for the month?

Teken, thank you for the suggestions. Here are my findings:

Is this problem seen using different web browsers? If you clear the history, cache, and cookies in the browser what are the results? - Yes I've tried, Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Internet Explorer as well. I also clear cache and cookies for everyone of them.

Same results using HTTP vs HTTPS? it won't even open the page with HTTP

What happens entering 03 vs 3 for the month? Same thing happens

If you log into the APC Smart Connect Portal Service. What happens when you change the battery installation date there?

We only have the standard license. We cannot control the APC from the remote portal with the standard license. Just to let you know I have 12 locations and all of them have the same issue.

What version of PCSS is this?!? Are you using the latest version if not please upgrade and report back the results.

If this problem is affecting 12 locations on different computer systems that’s an obvious bug in PCSS Software.

Having said this your specific model (SMV) was offered with a very obscure UPSCAPO software vs PCSS.

https://download.schneider-electric.com/files?p_Doc_Ref=SPD_AHUG_990-6327_EN&p_enDocType=User+guide&...

Even in that software there is no option to update the battery installation date. As such this may not be an option as seen in various APC Back-UPS models.

You may submit a service request to APC Technical Support. I gather they will affirm that isn’t a supported option / feature and hence why PCSS is throwing that error because it doesn’t exist in the current firmware.
