Powerchute Personal 3.0.2 Energy Cost Rate
I am using a BX1500G
Does the Energy Cost Rate only reflect updates in cost when the system its connected to is on? Sometimes I work out of town for a few weeks and turn my system off while I am gone and my Energy Cost Rate does not go down at all.

Hi,
The energy cost reflects what has been used. if you have the unit turned off for a few days and select "Your energy used over the last Day" the costs should reflect the usage and be zero. If you have "Your energy used over the last Month" is selected then the cost will reflect what has been used in the past 30 days.
