Powerchute PE performance history not updating
I'm running Win10 - notification area has displayed the APC intervened today, 4/12/20 at 11:00pm EDT. I launched the software and checked under "Performance" and it is showing an intervention from yesterday. This is the 3rd time I've noticed that the "last intervened" date/time is not "refreshing". On average, I experience a power problem 1-2x/month - and there are times where I'm at my PC and can hear the "click" of the unit as it intervenes - at which point the Win10 notification pops up. Does anyone know if this is a known issue - or if there are any troubleshooting tips I can try. Any help/reply would be appreciated. Thank you.
