Powerchute 9.1.1 won't add agents/devices

I'm using PowerChute BE 9.1.1. supplied with Smart-UPS X 2200. I installed it as a server+console+agent on my PC and as agents on protected computers across LAN. Protected computers are Windows 7 32b. Protected computers use Powerchute agent 9.1.1, APC Smart-UPS 750 (SMT750I) connected with USB cable. So, I was able to add two smt750, but two others does not go. After I brought these two to my workstation and connected it directly to server+console+agent, they are detected, but gives error: "Failed to apply configuration profile to..." What might be wrong?
