I have configured APC Network Management card and truing to shutdown server before it drain out.
one of Linux server i have added to PowerChute client and configure shutdown time.
after first time tested it works fine. now when ever the client power on it send a shutdown signal to client and it shutdown.
need help.

Hi,
It sounds like you configured PCNS to start a shutdown when available runtime as been exceeded. We have Knowledge Base document FA241713 that will help with this. To get the system running increase the low battery threshold on the NMC. That should stop the power down cycle.
