Hello All,
Since the installation of the Network Shutdown could not make the software synchronizes with the network card I have in the UPS Smart-UPS 3000 RM with AP9617 network card.
Deputy mistakes I have at this moment, someone may help me?
Thank you very much

In addition to what Eramus said, I would like to add some more points. It appears that the PCNS authentication phrase does not match up with the NMC auth. phrase. The default administrator authentication phrase used by PowerChute Network Shutdown is: admin user phrase. If you change the Authentication Phrase, you must also change it on the Web Management Card. Otherwise, PowerChute Network Shutdown and the Web Management Card will not be able to communicate.
The Web Management Card Administrator User Name and Authentication Phrase must be the same as those used by PowerChute Network Shutdown. Set these parameters in the Web Management Card user interface by using the User Manager page, selected from the System menu or in later firmware revisions (above 3.X) in the menu UPS -> PowerChute -> Configuration -> Authentication Phrase.
If this does not work, then I recommend you to reset the NMC settings to its factory defaults except TCP/IP under Administration. And then reinstall the PCNS software and check if it communicates with the NMC.
I hope that this helps.
