I have a Smart-UPS RT 6000 RM XL, which is connected to our vSphere environment (6.7.0.53000), but I get error logs in vSphere stating it cannot download the plugin: "The deployment of plug-in PowerChute Plug-in 4.4.3 has failed: Download of package: com.apcc.pcns.PowerChutePlugin.PCNS_4:4.4.3 failed. See the logs for more details.". I'm using firmware revision 452.19.W.
I can't figure out how to get this working and I'm wondering if this will impact our setup in any way?

We no longer support the plugin because it was a flash plugin, and VMware has ended flash support. See VMware knowledge base for more information https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/78589
As for impact, the plugin does not affect functionality. The plugin offered a quick opening of the PowerChute UI from the vSphere UI. To facilitate that, you can bookmark the PowerChute UI and save it to the browser bookmark bar or another bookmark folder for easy opening of the UI.

Thanks @BillP. I have now web client plug-in from the configuration, so hopefully that'll be the end of it!
