Hello, I seem to be having a problem with either my UPS or the PowerChute Personal Utility. It explains that I have < 1 minute of estimated battery time with 39% charge (as of right now) and an estimated 50w load out of 480. Anyways to make sure it wasn't the software just mucking up I reinstalled PowerChute as well as ran a self test and the results came out fine saying 'Passed' even though it tells me I have less then a minute if battery power left. I also see that the LED strip for "Replace Battery" is not lit up either, so the UPS itself is not detecting any problems, just PowerChute. Also another cause for concern is the fact that my remaining battery charge is 39% in the first place, because last time the UPS was transferred to the battery was a few weeks ago due to a power outage, none since. Although I do turn of my UPS every night after I have finished and turned off my PC so maybe that has something to do with it, but it still should not be this low. Just for reference the estimated remaining minutes is usually about 50 minutes at this wattage used. I appreciate any help.
Update 1: I decided to turn off my main PC and plug in a laptop with a 65w charger to the UPC to see if the UPS' battery would turn off in a minute or less, it didn't, I left it for about 5 minutes and it just made the beeps signifying that it was using battery power. It's either the the program or the USB cord I'm using since I just randomly found it around the house and decided to keep it plugged in since it worked, until now that might be.
Update 2: I have sourced another USB A to B cable and still the same results show. At this point I don't know what the issue could be.
Last update: I decided to unplug the UPS last night to see if it would turn on in the morning, it didn't which was concerning. So I plugged it back in turned it on and looked on the PowerChute software again, it now says it is at 99% charge (even though it didn't even turn on when it was unplugged) and also still says < 1 minute of battery time left. Self tests still passing and no red light on the "Replace Battery" strip.

I don't think you need to know my serial number but the model of my UPS is the BX950U-AZ.

Hi,
What is the model of the Back-UPS and what is the serial number? Model and serial number information can be found in PowerChute under the technical data tab.
